Editorial approach
Every research note must distinguish AI used for quantum systems from quantum methods used for learning. Claims should identify the task, dataset, baseline, hardware or simulator and resource budget. A theoretical separation is not presented as a general performance benchmark. Preprints, simulations, experimental results and reproduced runs receive distinct labels. Code and sources remain traceable.
Follow the sources
Each article identifies its sources, access dates, method and known limitations. Original documents, research publications and the relevant official bodies come first. A marketing claim is not independent evidence.
Date what changes
Publication and update dates reflect real work. Material corrections will be explained in the article. Older work will not be presented as new by changing its date alone.

Independence and transparency
Currently, this site shows no advertising and contains no affiliate links or sponsored content. Any partnership, affiliate link or sponsored content will be disclosed on the relevant page. AI tools may support research or organization; each article states its method, and source verification and responsibility for publication remain human.
At launch
The publication pages and topic indexes are open. The first articles are being prepared; no review, test or experimental result is presented as already completed.
